Winter Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat at Old Joe’s Kaia in picturesque Mpumalanga
Join Charlotte and James for a introspective, get-away retreat as a mini, mid-winter break.
The yoga practice will incorporate both traditional and more nuanced ways of moving that will keep the body energised and awake with the colder weather.
The mindfulness component on this second retreat will provide a continuation of the practice and discussion of meditation benefits and pitfalls. Although the mindfulness practice will build with each of the three retreats, you do not have to attend each retreat to gain an understanding of the practice or reap the benefits.
Old Joe’s Kaia is an established retreat destination that has committed itself wholly to a sustainable, environmentally sensitive way of operating. Their menu is completely vegan and they strive to grow the majority of the ingredients on their land. Old Joe’s is located in Mpumalanga and promises to be a bit warmer than the Gauteng winter.
